The Rector writes... "Where does the time go?" must be one of the most used phrases in our language. In our parish though we can give it a new twist, "How have we tried to do so much in such a short time?" Yes at the end of August we will be one year old as a new grouping and to celebrate on the 31st. August we will all join together for a celebration of Holy Communion followed by a Parish buffet lunch in St. Peters. I think these past months have proven to me, at any rate, and I hope to others, just what can happen in our lives if we don't procrastinate; put things "on the long finger" etc. "Let's do it NOW', will be our new Parish phrase for year 2 and what better motto could we have for our lives as Christian people. Many of us are in the 2nd half of our lives; we haven't time to waste so let us keep up the momentum to grow our numbers who worship with us. Encourage; Support; Sustain others in the name of Jesus Christ; so start NOW.
